Our returns policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Non-customised products can be returned for a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately customised products are exempted from returns or refunds – unless they are faulty.
We will assist you if you made an error with your customised product, however there will be a small charge + any courier fees.
To complete your return, simply contact us to start the return/refund process.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
- Customised products are not refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received, your order will be credited and sent for the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us for an update.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or use the contact form on our Contact Us page.
Shipping returns
If you are returning your product yourself, please return it to our address at 18 Stride Road, Pinelands, Pinetown, 3610.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
